About JAC Condos, Toronto

JAC Condos is a new condo project by Graywood Developments Ltd & Phantom Developments and is currently in pre-construction. JAC Condos architect is designed by Turner Fleischer Architects. The new project will be located at 308-314 Jarvis Street in Toronto. The major intersection is Jarvis Street & Carlton Street. JAC Condos will be 35 storey tower with 485 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of 13 studio, 250 one bedroom, 153 two bedroom and 42 three bedroom layout. Units will start from the 400’s. The estimated completion date for JAC Condos is still unknown. JAC Condos will feature retail space on the ground-level. The building will have a two level underground parking garage which will contain 99 spaces; 77 for residents and 22 for visitors. Also 465 bicycle parking spaces, with 6 for the commercial component, 46 for long term residential space and 413 for short term residential space. The Garden District is one of the most central and renowned neighbourhoods in the city. It’s named for Allan Gardens, which is a botanical garden situated in a historic building. Even in the depths of winter, the Gardens are on display with exotic plants from all over the world. JAC Condos is just south of the corner of Jarvis and Carlton, and it takes up the width of the city block along McLear Place. Carlton is a major transit thoroughfare, as streetcar lines regularly service the area. They are able to provide a direct root to College Station, which is part of Line 1 Yonge-University. From here, riders can travel throughout the entire GTA incredibly quick because College Station is only 2 stops away from Bloor-Yonge Station. These condos are also directly across the street from Allan Gardens. In addition to the historic building and gardens, this is also a site of a terrific urban park. It has ample pathways, and is also an off-leash dog park, so it’s a great place for your daily walk with your four legged companion. There’s plenty to eat when you’re around here too.
