The Davis Residences at Bakerfield is a new condo project by The Rose Corporation and is currently in pre-construction. The Davis architect is designed by RAW Design. The new project will be located at 175 Deerfield Road in Newmarket. The major intersection is Yonge Street & Davis Drive.
