Liberty Developments is now planning a massive redevelopment project that won’t only increase the population density in the neighbourhood, Promenade Park Towers will actually create a new vibrant community in Thornhill which residents can live, work, and play. This massive ambitious development will have direct access to Promenade Shopping Centre with 150+ stores including grocery store and cinema. This new condo development project will be built in a series of phases. The first phase, in and of itself, is going to be a substantial project that will consist of two residential towers that are expected to be completed in 2023 and have a total of 700 residential units. The two towers will rise out of a shared 7 storey podium, where they will reach up to 35 and 30 storeys high. These first two towers will have over 700 units – Tower A will have 428 units and Tower B 300 units, which will be divided into one-bedroom condos, two-bedroom condos, and three-bedroom condos. The unite suite sizes will be ranging from 482 sq.ft to 1431 sq.ft.
