KSquare Condos is a new condo development by Kingdom Developments currently under construction at 2035 Kennedy Road, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2022. Sales for available units range in price from $449,900 to over $925,900. KSquare Condos has a total of 644 units. Sizes range from 473 to 1333 square feet. The first phase of this condo development will consist of two towers that will stand 36 and 39 storeys high, respectively, to be located on the west side of the site next to Kennedy Road.
