Ivylea Towns is a new townhouse project by Marlin Spring and is currently in pre-construction. Ivylea architect is designed by Hunt Design Associates Inc. The new project will be located at 1521 19th Avenue in Richmond Hill. The major intersection is Leslie Street & 19th Avenue.
