About Crosstown Condos, North York

Crosstown Condos is a new condo project by Aspen Ridge Homes and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 844 Don Mills Road in North York. The major intersection is Don Mills Road & Eglinton Avenue East. Crosstown is a master planned community on a 60 acres of space to live, play, thrive and work. This community will have a collection of contemporary condominium and townhomes. Crosstown features brand new parks and gardens. Crosstown will also have a state of the art community centre. ONE Crosstown Condos will be the first phase which will consist of two towers, East and West Towers. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for ONE Crosstown Condos is set for November 2023. From this premium location, residents can use public transit like the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT to make a quick commute to work. This area welcomes the arrival of the future 25-stop Eglinton LRT, due to begin operating in 2021..
