About Brightwater Condos & Towns, Mississauga

Brightwater Condos & Towns is a new condo, townhouse and office project by Dundee Kilmer Group, Dream, DiamondCorp & Fram + Slokker and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 70 Mississauga Road South in Mississauga. The major intersection is Mississauga Road & Lakeshore Road West. Brightwater is the new 72 acre master-planned community in Port Credit. Brightwater Condos & Towns will offer over 2,500 condo units and 400 townhomes. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. The estimated completion date for Brightwater Condos & Towns is still unknown. Brightwater will feature over 18 acres of public parks and open space. The new community will also have over 300,000 square feet of services, offices, restaurants and shops. The new project will also have centres for the community and elementary school. Brightwater is a new waterfront community complete with central amenities, destination retail and restaurants, an elementary school and community centre, 18 acres of parks and outdoor gathering spaces, bike share programs, and a holistic lifestyle vision unique to the community.
